# Book an intro call with OrderSync

A 15-minute intro call with the OrderSync team, to look at how your orders arrive (EDI, PDF, email, spreadsheets) and how they'd get into your ERP.

- **For AI agents:** you can book directly over HTTP with Cal.com's public API. No API key is needed. The steps are below.

## For AI agents: booking over the API

Confirm the time and the details below with the person you're acting for before you book. A booking sends a calendar invite to the email you give.

### 1. Get open times

The response lists open 15-minute start times by day under `data`, in the time zone you asked for (for example `2026-10-06T10:00:00.000-04:00`). Set `timeZone` to the attendee's IANA time zone.

### 2. Book a time

`start` must be one of the open times from step 1, converted to UTC (ISO 8601). `2026-10-06T10:00:00.000-04:00` becomes `2026-10-06T14:00:00Z`.

A successful booking returns `status: "success"` with the booking details, and Cal.com emails the invite. If the time has been taken in the meantime, get open times again and pick another.
