What happens to your file: Your PDF is uploaded to OrderSync, kept in temporary cloud storage (Cloudflare R2) behind a link that expires after five minutes while an AI model (Anthropic's Claude, through its API) reads it, and deleted as soon as extraction finishes, whether it succeeds or fails. If processing is interrupted, a copy can be left in that storage until we clear it. Pasted email text is sent to the model and not stored. We do not use your documents to train models. For each use we log your IP address, the file size, how long it took, the number of line items, the document total, whether it had a PO number, and the name and city of one company on the document, so we can limit free use and follow up with businesses using the tool. What is an email parser?

An email parser pulls structured data out of free-text emails. This one is built for orders: it finds the PO number, requested delivery date, customer, ship-to address and each item with its quantity and unit, even when the order is written as a sentence or a bulleted list.

What kind of order emails does it handle?

Typed orders in the email body: lists, tables pasted from a spreadsheet, or a few lines like "5 cs cold brew for Friday". For an order attached as a PDF, use the PO extractor instead.

Can I get the parsed order into Excel?

Yes. Download Excel gives a Summary sheet and a Line items sheet; Download CSV gives one row per line with the PO number and ship-to on every row; Copy table pastes straight into Google Sheets or Excel.

How many documents can I extract for free?

Three successful extractions a day per network, shared across the OrderSync AI tools, resetting at midnight UTC. A failed extraction or a rejected file does not count, and the counter under the tool shows what you have left. Samples are unlimited. Files can be up to 5 MB and 10 pages.

Can I parse every order email automatically?

Yes. OrderSync runs this extraction on every order document you receive, by email, PDF, EDI or portal, matches each line to your own item numbers and prices, and posts approved orders to your ERP. The free tool reads one document at a time and does not check it against your catalog.
