How Orders Reach Your ERP

OrderSync reads each order, whatever it arrived as, checks it against your items and prices, and hands it to your ERP as a sales order. For most systems that hand-off is a set of EDI files over SFTP, which the ERP imports; a direct connector can be scoped for your system. See ERP integration for how it works, or try it on one of your own POs with the PO PDF extractor.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which ERPs does OrderSync integrate with?

The checker lists 30 systems, including NetSuite, QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP Business One, Acumatica, Odoo, Sage, Epicor, Infor, WooCommerce and Shopify. For most of them, orders are available today as EDI files over SFTP (850 in, with 855, 810, 856 and 997 on the same channel), and a native connector is available on request, scoped per deployment. Systems not listed connect through file import, API or email.

What does ERP integration mean for order processing?

Orders that arrive by EDI, PDF and email are checked and reach your ERP as sales orders, by file import or a connector, so nobody re-keys them.

How long does ERP integration setup take?

File-based exchange can start as soon as your ERP can import the files. A native connector is scoped per deployment, so the timeline depends on your ERP and its custom fields. We give you a date on the intro call.
